Identifiers

Professional and Licensing Information, you may voluntarily provide information concerning your real estate practice, including your current brokerage, years licensed, states licensed in, primary market, and approximate annual production.

Assessment Information, if you complete the Agent Leverage Assessment, we may collect your responses to questions in it, including information concerning lead generation, brand and marketing support, technology and AI usage, business infrastructure, compensation structure, and career goals and alignment.

Commercial or Professional Information, if applicable, we may collect information about your interactions with us and your interest in affiliating with ZenCrest.

Internet or Network Activity, depending on the technology used on the Site, we may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, date and time of activity, cookies and similar technologies, and interactions with our website and advertisements.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect personal information directly from you; when you complete the Agent Leverage Assessment; when you submit an application, inquiry, or contact form; when you communicate with us; through cookies and similar technologies; through analytics services; through advertising platforms; and from service providers that assist us with our business operations.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to respond to your inquiry; provide the Agent Leverage Assessment; generate and deliver your report; communicate with you regarding your inquiry or application; evaluate your qualification for affiliation with ZenCrest; improve our website and Assessment; analyze marketing performance; personalize communications; maintain business records; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and perform other purposes disclosed at the time information is collected.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

Information you provide through the Agent Leverage Assessment may be processed through artificial-intelligence or technology platforms used to generate or assist with Assessment results. We use such technology to provide, operate, improve, or support the Services. We do not represent that AI-generated results are error-free.

5. Sharing Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties that assist us in operating our business, including providers supporting website hosting, customer relationship management, lead and applicant management, email, text messaging, analytics, advertising, artificial intelligence, data storage, cybersecurity, and other business operations. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, or governmental request. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under applicable California privacy law.

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights including the Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, Right to Limit certain uses or disclosures of Sensitive Personal Information where applicable, and Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

8. Personal Information Is Not Sold or Shared

Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable California privacy law, a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism is not applicable to our practices at this time. If our practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, along with any required opt-out mechanism. We will nonetheless honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law.

The Services are directed toward adults, including licensed real estate professionals and prospective buyers and sellers, and are not directed toward children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party platforms (including realtor.com, Zillow, and CRM providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or platforms.
