We built ZenCrest to remove the obstacles that hold good agents back. Starting with commission that doesn't punish ambition: most brokerages cap your upside, we capped our own take instead. Our 94/6 split is structured as a capped fee, not a straight percentage, so the larger your transaction, the more advantageous the math becomes for you.
You keep 94% of commission on every transaction. Our 6% is capped, not unlimited, so it never scales against you.
Our fee per transaction is capped between $1,000 minimum and $3,500 maximum, regardless of deal size.
Close a $4M transaction at a typical 3% commission, that's $120K in commission, and a 6% brokerage split elsewhere would run $7,200. At ZenCrest, you'd pay just $3,500. The bigger the deal, the more you keep.
Close your first three transactions within your first six months at ZenCrest, and we waive our brokerage fee entirely. No cap, no catch, just momentum from day one.
